Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can initiate a return once received.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at talwarperfume@gmail.com with your Order ID.

 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

• You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns must be shipped back to us at your own expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

• We do not offer refunds on used, opened, or customized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at talwarperfume@gmail.com.

• Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

2. Await our return approval and address details.

3. Send the product securely packed via a trackable courier.
