At Talwar Perfume, we value your satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience when shopping with us.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can initiate a return once received.
To request a cancellation, please email us at talwarperfume@gmail.com with your Order ID.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be shipped back to us at your own expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds on used, opened, or customized products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at talwarperfume@gmail.com.
Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and condition.
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:
Email us at talwarperfume@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Await our return approval and address details.
Send the product securely packed via a trackable courier.
